There are six museums, one art museum, one Japanese tea room and one traditional doll studio. You can have a great time.
富山県埋蔵文化財センター / Toyama Prefectural Center for Archaeological Operations
貴重な出土品を多く所蔵。ユニークな切り口の企画展や小竹貝塚の常設展示があり、歴史・考古学好き必見。
It has many valuable things and holds an interesting exhibition about every three months. You can also see a permanent exhibition of Odake shell midden (about 6,000 yeas ago).
北代縄文広場 / The Jomon Village in Toyama Kitadai National Historic Site
約 4,000 年前に栄えた大集落跡に竪穴住居(建物)と高床建物を実物大で復原。遺跡からは北陸新幹線がよく見え、縄文文化 と現代のコラボレーションも面白い。
The prospered Jomon Village as 4,000 years ago ( that has the pit dwelling and the raised floor building ) is reconstructed in full scale. The Shinkansen passes near the site, so you can enjoy seeing the collaboration of the Jomon culture and the modern society.
ガラス造形作家の作品づくりを生で見たり、作品を購入できる。制作体験も可能。
There are many beautiful glass works on display. You can see the artists making their works, as well as make glass objects yourself in the studio.
富山市ファミリーパーク / Toyama City Family Park Zoo
里山を生かした緑豊かな園内に日本の動物たちを中心とした動物園、広場や遊園地があり、皆の憩いの場。
Toyama City Family Park Zoo consists of three parts: a zoo that has many fascinating Japanese animals, an amusement park for kids, and community areas. It utilizes the nature surrounding the Kureha Hills as much as possible.
日本海と立山連峰が一望できるよう巧みにレイアウトされた県内屈指の名門で、戦略性も高い。
The courses that technically utilize the Sea of Japan and the Tateyama Mountain Range are wonderful. It’s not easy to play there, but you’ll definitely be satisfied.
